Role:
Promote and implement energy efficiency programs for data centers and industrial clients by identifying projects, conducting inspections, and driving energy savings.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Electric Utility Allies to achieve KWh reduction goals
Perform pre/post inspections of lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, and retro-commissioning
Prepare and submit reports
Initiate new business, deliver presentations, and assist customers with applications
Train new team members and lead outreach efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication, organizational, and data entry skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and travel frequently in Northern/Central Virginia
